Quick Grissini a la Margarita is Not Only Delicious, But Very Easy To Make!
Grissini are crunchy Italian breadsticks with a rustic, uneven appearance. These breadsticks are quick and very easy to make and taste far better than anything you will buy from the supermarket. Serve them with appetizers, dips or as a snack.
- 1 sheet puff pastry;
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce;
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese;
- chopped herbs.
- Place the sheet of puff pastry on a floured table. Spread on the half of the sheet: pizza sauce, shredded cheese and chopped herbs. Place the other half of puff pastry on top.
- Roll out the dough. Сut into 1cm thick strips. Wrap each strip in a spiral.
- Place the grissini on a baking tray (on parchment paper). Bake at 375°F/190°C for 20–25 minutes.
