Breakfast

First thing in the morning drink one big glass of water or natural juice. You can eat as much fruit and drink as much natural juice as you like until lunch time.

Until lunchtime

Drink one big glass of water, tea or natural juice. Eat a couple of fruits, if you can combine different kinds of fruit. Depending on the season the fruits which have the highest amount of water are: in autumn/winter: grapes and citrus fruits, in spring/summer: melon and watermelon.

Lunch

One big glass of water before your meal and tea after lunch. You can eat as much raw vegetable as you want and whatever kind you like. You can make yourself a salad seasoning it with some vinegar, olive oil, lemon and spices of your choosing. You can add olives to the salad. You can consume any kind of raw or preserved veggies, asparagus, artichokes, celery, lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, garlic, onions, corn, soya, tomatoes etc.

Snack

Again, drink one big glass of water, tea or natural juice. Afterwards you can drink one glass of milk or yogurt, or eat 30gr. of cheese or one fruit.

Dinner

Drink one glass of water before and after your meal. You can eat 100gr. of meat (chicken or veal) or 150gr. of fish, or one egg with veggies and fruits.

Caution: You mustn’t keep this eating regimen or an entire week because you’ll cause a nutritional imbalance in your organism. You can follow this diet one day, then eat regularly the next and repeat again. So you have to take a day break. And it’s not intended for the long run; you should follow it from time to time, when you’re in need of shedding some extra pounds before your vacation or an important event in your life.

Important notice: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and enrich your diet with products with high water content, like fruits and veggies.

In the end bear in mind that no diet is absolutely good for your organism on the long run. You need to adopt a healthier lifestyle, eating right, exercising and sleeping enough in order to preserve your health and wellbeing. This is just a quick fix, when you’re racing against time and you want to look good for a special occasion. Remember to always consult with your doctor before adopting a new eating regimen.
